The Hong Kong Society of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology is incorporated in 1999 by a group of health care workers in the field of MRI.

• The objects of the Society are:

  1. To cultivate fraternity among scientists, technologists and other experts in the field of magnetic resonance imaging;

  2. To promote the expertise in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology in Hong Kong;

  3. To uphold ethical and improve the technical standards in Magnetic Resonance Imaging;

  4. To provide educational, social and cultural activities for its members.
